Your Alone Time!!!!
If you're going to do this whole "alone time" thing right, then start by switching off your phone staying, away from Facebook, and not checking email. This is supposed to be a peaceful moment where you shut off outside influences and just do you. So disconnect, and enjoy being away from the world for a little while. I know doing this is quite challenging, but guys just try it ones.
Few people enjoy being alone.Nevertheless, solitude can make you more self-sufficient, add to your confidence, and help you get to know yourself a lot better. When nobody else distracts us, we have the opportunity to become thoughtful.
"Alone time" helps us shut out the noise introduced by others and get to inspecting our emotional baggage.

Instead of criticizing recent behaviors or worrying about the future, use your reflection to think about what you believe and what matters to you. Stop thinking what the world thinks about you.
Quiet time can help you sort through problems. Just sitting down and thinking through a problem, thinking about what caused it and how best to resolve it can result in very effective solutions. But even if a solution is not forthcoming, just having taken the time to think things through and to understand the problem more thoroughly can bring peace and a certain courage to carry on.
As is spending time alone. I know it can be boring/scary/depressing at first, but get in the habit of liking your own company, and suddenly a day spent alone will feel like the best thing ever.
